Site Support RFQ: What to Include Before Requesting a Quote

A buyer-friendly outline for comparing site-support quotations on more than price.

Fresh Joy Site Support · 13 October 2026

A buyer-friendly outline for comparing site-support quotations on more than price. This guide is a practical starting point; final scope and safety arrangements should be agreed for each site.

Project essentials

Provide the site location, sector, anticipated start and end dates, opening hours, access arrangements and primary site contact.

Services and frequencies

List welfare, cleaning, consumables, waste coordination, labour, mobilisation and handover requirements separately. Mark which services are essential and which are optional.

Commercial assumptions

Ask suppliers to state inclusions, exclusions, minimum visits, mobilisation costs, travel, specialist partner charges and variation rules.

Evidence and compliance

Define the reporting format, supervisor checks, insurance and site induction expectations. Request evidence proportionate to the work.

How to compare bids

Compare scope coverage, response arrangements, reporting quality and accountability—not just the cheapest headline rate.
